In 1998, in a small factory in Bao'an, Shenzhen, the founder of Shengwei Golden Thread brought his passion for textile craftsmanship and embarked on the entrepreneurial journey of rope belt manufacturing. At that time, the domestic decorative accessory market was mainly characterized by extensive production, while overseas customers had higher requirements for the density, wear resistance, and environmental friendliness of rope belts - this was both a market pain point and the original intention of Shengwei: to produce high-quality rope belts that could reassure global customers.
In the early days of the business, the team consisted of only 5 people. From raw material selection to weaving process debugging, every step was handled personally by the team. To overcome the stability problem of high-density braided ropes, the founder led the technical team to stay in the workshop for a month, repeatedly adjusting the yarn ratio and weaving speed, and finally developed products that passed the strict testing of European customers and received the first foreign trade order. This recognition deeply rooted the concept of "quality foundation" in Shengwei's development genes.
Over the past 25 years, Shengwei has completed the transformation from a 5-person small workshop to a large-scale manufacturing enterprise: now we have a 2,400㎡ standardized production factory, equipped with 20 advanced professional weaving machines, forming a complete production line from raw material processing, core weaving to finished product inspection.
